Lately my dessert of choice is crumble. Lured by the (only average) looking rhubarb that's available at the moment, we always seem to have some crumble in the fridge, delicious hot, warm or cold. Last night's crumble was a triumph, made with peaches, strawberries and raspberries. So easy to make; the hardest thing is waiting for it to cook!
