making clothes

I was reading one of my favourite blogs the other day and came across this post.  I know I need to make time before I start making clothes (and quilts and bags and the rest), but as I'm a bit uninspired by most boys' clothes I see in the shops, I'd like to have a go at making some practical but stylish little things for my sons.  I think it'll be more challenging than making girls' clothes but I'm willing to give it a go.  Hopefully Ollie and Max will like wearing clothes made by me.  I just need to get my sewing machine out and shun the housework for a few days in favour of doing something I'm actually interested in.
